As a subscriber to AFSPA/FSBP for about the last fifty-four years, I can say that I have always been totally satisfied with the benefits and services I have received over all those years at home and abroad.

The AIP representative had helped me back in 2013 with some questions I had about the program. This year I needed a little more information to finalize my decision for the LTC product. The representative had extensive knowledge on LTC insurance. Thank you for helping me with this process, I was able to submit my application on time, and it is now approved!

Job well done! I explained to the HBO that I was overseas and it can be challenging at times trying to get claims sent stateside. I had sent the claim but somehow there was no record of it.
